Milus cufflinks : ' Joaillerie ' & ' Kamasutra Butterfly ' Collections

Classical, stylish, elegant. To sum up: the unique Milus cufflink 'Joaillerie' collection is consummate in form and urbane in character. This small, almost playful object and its direct connection with the overall personality of the company make it clear that Milus is not merely working the market but living by its philosophy doing business and bringing new creations into being according to that philosophy. The familial connection between the famous Milus timepieces and these extravagant cufflinks is absolutely unmistakable.

The Milus cufflinks 'Joaillerie' are available in white gold and pink gold versions, with and without diamonds. According to preferences in fashion and taste these pieces of jewellery in 18-carat gold can be combined with any outfit and shirt. Milus uses casting – probably the oldest of shaping processes – to give this accessory a form based on that of a watch movement. The stainless steel and brass rhodium-plated, plated 3N or plated black gold cufflinks in the form of a real mechanical watch movement complete the collection in 18K pink and 18K white gold.
Milus purposefully created an exceptional form of cufflinks with charismatic style that goes far beyond mere functionality. An accessory to be passionate about – and commitment to a theme: the Milus timepiece. The watch collector can now amusingly wear the heart of his watch – the movement – on his sleeves, giving this pulse beat a new setting.

Kamasutra Butterfly
Once more, the idea of movement and the element of playfulness – both so important to Milus – have been realised: the liveliness of a mechanical watch movement with a 360° rotatable oscillating weight ensures the singularity of Milus cufflinks as an attractive eye-catcher. Milus purposefully created an exceptional form of cufflinks, an accessory to be passionate about – and commitment to a theme: the Milus timepiece.
This cufflinks edition is made of 18K pink gold. Milus uses casting – probably the oldest of shaping processes - to give it the form of a mechanical watch movement. The cufflinks are visibly full of loving attention to detail: the moving rotor is artistically decorated by hand with what is known as the most sophisticated and ingenious technique of the art of enamelling – the Cloisonné. It shows two persons in the Kama Sutra-Butterfly position on a blue night background.

Overlapping the edge of the cufflinks, a marvellous butterfly has been applied by hand using another skilful technique of enamelling: the Champlevé. Connoisseurs of handcrafted perfection and supreme artistic achievement will be fascinated by this eye-catching design and outstanding artistic craftsmanship.

ARMREVOLUTION Luxury Designer Cufflinks for Men

Launched in London in November 2007, ARMREVOLUTION is a new men’s luxury accessories brand that is re-inventing the design of luxury cufflinks. ARMREVOLUTION brings the most innovative designs to cufflinks ever seen – so innovative that the company prefers to refer to them as “arm architecture”.

Founder and Chairman, Anthony Hayward, states, “ARMREVOLUTION is designed for ambitious, international, business people who desire innovation who dress for success and are looking for cufflinks as special as the watches they wear“. Of ARMREVOLUTION’s latest designs Hayward adds “At times of economic uncertainty people tend to dress smarter and making a good impression through what one wears has never been so important. As with many true luxury items it’s all in the detail, and wearing ARMREVOLUTION helps to give people that extra edge just as a good suit or a good watch does.” ARMREVOLUTION is a newly created movement for radical change in men’s luxury accessories, specifically focusing on cufflink design. Each ARMREVOLUTION product is uniquely engraved with its own individual identification number. Once this number is registered at www.armrevolution.com, the owner receives membership to the exclusive events and gatherings of the movement. These gatherings bring together like-minded individuals for elite social and business networking opportunities.
Created by its London-based design team, the brand's flagship collection “Perpetual Series”, consists of six patent-pending designs that reinvent the way that a French cuff shirt is attached at the wrist. Each design comes in packaging as unique and bluxurious as the product and includes an innovative, design-registered leather carrying case designed for international elite businessmen.Prices are 5300HKD for non-mechanised designs and 5800HKD for mechanised designs.
Recently ARMREVOLUTION launched its bespoke service which provides the opportunity to purchase made-to-order white and yellow gold cufflinks for two of the most iconic patent-pending designs of the brand: #5 and #10. The bespoke cufflinks are hand-made and highly personalized with engraved initials alongside the London Hallmark.

TAG Heuer presents sunglasses for women and its new Formula 1 ceramic watches designed by Maria Sharapova

When TAG Heuer asked tennis superstar Maria Sharapova to help design its first sunglasses for women and its new TAG Heuer Formula 1 ceramic watches, it wasn’t because of her Grand Slam victories. Nor because she had been working closely with TAG Heuer for the last five years as part of a close circle of brand ambassadors. It was because she is a woman — a TAG Heuer woman — endowed with special qualities and the systematic approach that comes with the territory.

Since the beginning of her career, Maria has shown inimitable style: a star on and off the court, she casually combines the mental strength of a great athlete with the playful frivolity of a true fashion buff. Except she doesn’t follow trends, she starts them. This is reflected in the things she wears, like her TAG Heuer sunglasses and her TAG Heuer watch: with her, the essential becomes pure pleasure, and seduction inspires both substance and form.

TAG Heuer Formula 1 Lady Steel & Ceramic
The 2005 launch of the Formula 1 Diamonds watch represented a giant challenge for TAG Heuer, which until then had primarily targeted the men’s market. Today, however, the feminine market represent 30% of TAG Heuer’s overall turnover. The ceramic additions to TAG Heuer Lady F1 line provide new opportunities in this growing sector.

Ceramic is a multisensory material, soft and warm yet unalterable: like a diamond, it cannot be scratched. Strong and exquisite, it is especially appealing to women. Combined with stainless steel, it creates a sublime bracelet with butterfly clasp — perfect for the most delicate wrist. The bezel on the jewelled version sparkles with 60 diamonds. The black edition is perfect for night on the town; the white, for anytime and anyplace. For total star power, opt for the fully set bezel version with a new bracelet in ceramic and steel — the ideal accessory for those seeking something different, not overly showy or ostentatious, and always in the best of taste, no matter the circumstance.

Lady TAG Heuer Sunglasses Designed by Maria Sharapova
Launched in 2002, the TAG Heuer line of eyewear frames quickly established itself as a style leader in the male market for its innovative and ultra-light design. It gives men tired of fashion-brand clutter something more, or rather, less: straight, clean, simple lines and the ultimate in high-tech performance. Among those looking for substance over brand-name logos, the line found a loyal following.

When it comes to fashion, Maria Sharapova doesn’t need a coach; she has always been way ahead of the game. Her approach to eyewear design reflected the boldness and brashness of her youth, and can be summed up in two short words: style first. A sleek and straight line on the top of the glasses immediately distinguishes them from the crowd. The sharp-looking thick frame gives the iconic aviator design a futuristic and sober look. The use of black acetate is totally trendy, and the taut lines in 3D-shaped stainless steel totally baroque. This is a star look, visually stunning, stripped down and sexy and seriously chic.

Avant-garde and impertinent, yes, but without the peerless technical specifications to back this up it wouldn’t be worthy of the name TAG Heuer. The arm hinge, for example, is a decorative trim embellishment in racecar-grade stainless steel. The acetate, chosen for its superb smoothness, is mirror-polished by hand to ensure a perfect gloss. The signature is discreetly laser-etched on the glass, which is 100% UV protected.

The Lady TAG Heuer sunglasses are available in stylish black with gray or gradated lenses, or in three other trendy colour combos: summery ivory frame with blue lenses; tortoiseshell with brown lenses, and smartly chic dark plum with pink. Ultra-feminine, ultra-hip, ultra precise and ultra-comfortable, they extend the universe of TAG Heuer Eyewear well beyond the conventional.

Rosata Presents New Jewellery Creations: Aphrodite & Venere

Aphrodite: the Greek Love Goddess is the symbol of a beautiful yet whimsical woman, that is why the jewels of this collection are elegant and sexy at the same time. Silver bangles in warm shades as rose, green, brown.
Wrought in different ways: satin-finished, diamond-cut, threaded…Necklaces and earrings testing odd combinations of colours and materials as leather matching with rose silver metal to create up-to-date jewels ready-to-wear for a young and modern goddess.

Venere: this collection is, as the goddess herself, bright and enchanting. Bangles, earrings, rings in silver, handmade enamelled in sparkling colours. Basic as white, black, blue and red or trendy as violet.
All over them, glitter enamel draws little stars, moons, planets. Next to this universe, other charming jewels with a fashionable “animalier design” – evoking another wonderful goddess – Diana. The “animalier décor” is trendy and cool and Rosato bracelets choose zebra, python, spotted pattern to create a wild yet seductive world.

FURRER-JACOT, the exclusive wedding ring manufacturer from Schaffhausen, presents new models from their “Les Magiques ” collection

Magnificent, sparkling, and extravagant – the new creations from the Swiss jewellery brand Furrer-Jacot are now proudly presenting themselves. This symbiosis of decorative and wedding rings conjures up a certain sumptuousness and opulence to which it is impossible to remain indifferent.Furrer-Jacot is adding further distinctive and striking rings to its Les Magiques collection.

The Furrer-Jacot designer Lucas Ruppli has succeeded with his latest designs in
transferring the freedom customary in jewellery design to the field of wedding rings. The works he has created are true centrepieces that actively emphasise the wearer’s personality.

Although the designer has brought the decorative element into the centre of focus, the rings always meet the requirements of timelessness and functionality. It goes without saying that at FURRER-JACOT the execution of the design meets the
highest quality standards of the Swiss goldsmith’s art. These unusual wedding rings, which can also be worn at any time as decorative rings, meet the highest standards and will constantly bring new joy to the couple that wear them. The rings are available in platinum 950, gold 750 and palladium 950.

The rings currently featured in the collection make a clear statement. They are enchanting, captivating and point the way ahead. The ring’s exceptional goldsmith-made finishing gives the ring its individual touch. The other group of the latest models of the collection has a very elegant and distinctive look. Soft lines and excellent wearing comfort in combination with marvelous diamond settings make the rings an excellent companion for life.

Jewellery brand Calgaro presents new silver collection:Asia

Calgaro new silver collection is pure poetry. Asia is the name and the inspiration. A faraway and magic land where the nights are brighten by millions of shining stars and the days are full of exciting essences, bright colours and sweet sounds. The hypnotic appeal of this land becomes a story carved on the surface of these jewels: laser drawing as embroidery on a silk cloth.

Long necklaces, bracelets and earrings where, once again, the two different souls of silver meet and mix each other. On one hand the precious metal is in its natural colour, in a shine black or in a particular shade of rose, very elegant and sophisticated. On the other hand the silver turns into a myriad of fine threads, feather-light yet tough.

Softness and strength, hard metal and texture until the ultimate evolution – the silver imprisoned by silver where the silver thread becomes a mesh in the heart of which a chain of glittering diamond-cut silver is captured.

This brand-new mix of materials and colours exalts these jewels of amazingly fluid shapes and intriguing chromatic flair. A “never-ended story” written trough wonderful jewellery creations.

Jewellery brands Rosato and Calgaro Merge

Rosato srl has announced that, starting from January 2010, the jewellery brand Calgaro has merged into its structure already including the brand Rosato and 7ar goldsmiths company. The head office is based in Milano, Via Cappuccini 16, while the operative headquarter will remain Vicenza for Calgaro and Arezzo for Rosato and 7ar.

Founded back in 2004, Rosato launches state-of-the-art jewellery collections that link the world of gold and jewellery to the fashion one, thus turning the jewel into a ready-to-wear accessory to be matched with apparel. Simona Rosato, founder of the brand, aimed at offering the jewellery industry design creativity at a price point where precious metals could be used in artistic, hand-made-in-Italy form. The results are whimsical, fashionable jewels.

Calgaro was founded at the turn of the new century by Giuseppe Calgaro and Monica Fin, the CALGARO “de lux” project presented design concepts and technological innovations that stirred an incredible wave of enthusiasm within the staleness ridden world of traditional jewellery. The aim of their project was “ the accomplishment of impossible”, or in other words, transforming gold and silver into fine colourful braids and dazzling virtuosic fabrics.

The friendship and mutual respect between Simona Rosato and Monica Fin, founders of Rosato and Calgaro, now turn into a solid and important professional patnership.

FURRER-JACOT, the exclusive wedding ring manufacturer from Schaffhausen, presents new models from their “Les Sculptures” collection

FURRER-JACOT, the exclusive wedding ring manufacturer from Schaffhausen, is launching an unusual and futuristic range of wedding rings. The new models are not just design studies. They also offer modern couples the opportunity to express their own personalities.

One ring – one statement, plus a confession: A confession about a unique love. Originally conceived as a visionary design study, the ‘Les Sculptures’ collection has developed into Furrer-Jacot’s flagship. People would not be doing justice to these rings if they referred to them as items of jewelry. On the contrary, they are little exclusive sculptures that have been lavishly crafted by hand. They formally take up a challenge, which for many couples seems indispensable: to be connected and to move together, living lives with common goals but individual paths.

The link rings are hand-made pieces with links that are joined together, but the structure as a whole stays mobile and highly flexible. The models from the “Les Sculptures” collection are strong, individual pieces. They are not just for people who love design, but also for couple whose requirements for extravagance and exclusiveness are high. The designs are a cross-over from bridal jewellery to fashion and certainly are therefore also suitable as single design pieces of high-end jewellery.

Romain Jerome Watches : Brand Info

Swiss luxury watch brand Romain Jerome was founded in 2004 when several professional golfers made it clear that there was a real demand for a genuine golfer’s watch. The niche market of golf was unspoken and after years of research and development Romain Jerome gave birth to a worldwide first: the Hole in One Golf Counter.

For the first time ever, the Hole in One Golf Counter can display a golfers’ score along the entire course. It enables players to memorise their state of progress along a golf course (hole number), to count the number of strokes played on each hole, and to add them up as he proceeds. The look of the Romain Jerome Hole in OnGolf Counter is golf-oriented as aesthetic features symbolising clubs, tees, balls and starting signs, reinforce the brand identity in naturally powerful manner. Seeing the incredible potential, the main investor decided to augment his parts enabling the creation of a real worldwide brand.

Romain Jerome Golf counter watch

In 2006, with the arrival of Mr. Yvan Arpa, the company gained new momentum and began to create exceptional timepieces inspired by, and created in tribute to, the great legends of our time. The big step was Baselworld 2007 where Romain Jerome is presented its “DNA of famous legends” collection starring “Titanic-DNA”: a high end watch integrating real steel from the Titanic, drawn from the ocean floor.

Romain Jerome has become renowned for its “DNA of Famous Legends”. This bold theme was first introduced with the Titanic-DNA watches incorporating material from the sunken liner, and which turned watchmakers’ fiercest enemy, rust, into an unexpected ally. In 2009, Romain Jerome has chosen to celebrate another legendary and truly universal human adventure with its Moon Dust-DNA, made from the metal of spacecraft and moon dust, and accompanied by a certificate from the Association of Space Explorers (ASE).

Timeline:
• 2006: Appointment of Yvan Arpa as Managing Director of Romain Jerome
• 2007: Launch of the Titanic-DNA at Basel world. This collection consists of timepieces integrating oxidized steel from the Titanic
• 2008: CHF 50 million of placed orders. Setting up of a distribution network with 75 sales points. Inauguration of the Moon Dust-DNA collection, timepieces integrating
authentic moon dust.
• 2009: The owners of the limited liability company RJ Watches SA and its watch brand Romain Jerome have decided to part with the Yvan Arpa (CEO), the head of administration, the sales director and two other staff members.Romain Jerome S.A. announced the appointment of Mr Manuel Emch as its new CEO.Mr Emch, a Swiss born in 1972, studied design at the Art Center in La Tour de Peilz, before gaining a Master’s degree in business at Lausanne University’s Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC). He began his career as a business process re engineering consultant and a marketing manager in FMCG before joining the Swatch Group in 2001, where he successfully revived the Jaquet Droz brand, transforming it into one of the finest references in the field of fine watch-making. He was also appointed to the Group’s Extended Management Board, with special responsibilities for a broad territory encompassing Russia, other Eastern European countries and Central Asia.

Jan 2017:  After more than seven years at the helm of RJ-Romain Jerome, Manuel Emch announced his decision to leave the Geneva watchmaking company’s executive management to become the delegate of the Board of Directors. His mission will be to drive the overall strategy of the brand. For Manuel Emch, the accomplishment represented by becoming part of the SIHH means further recognition for RJ-Romain Jerome, in addition to being honoured by a number of awards for the excellence of both its products and its advertising campaigns. Over the past few years, the brand has also developed an extensive distribution network, highlighted by the January 2017 inauguration of its first Geneva boutique.

Titanic DNA Collection
This Collection was inspired and created in tribute to the Titanic, the majestic and splendid sea giant, technological masterpiece of an era when it was the epitome of power and elegance. For the rusted timepieces, the bezel reflects an extraordinary fusion which brings together the authentic steel of the Titanic shipwreck, which was resting on the ocean floor at a depth of 3’840 meters, and that of the one from the shipyards Harland & Wolff where the most luxurious ocean liner was built almost a century ago. This is how the DNA is captured; a myth is reborn. Other tributes to the sea giant, the hands of all the timepieces of the Titanic-DNA collection are inspired by the Titanic’s anchor. The small second counter at 9h and numerals on the dial remind of the Titanic steam counters. The deep black color of the dial is obtained with coal recovered from the Titanic. The Titanic-DNA collection is a limited edition to 2’012 pieces (2012 being year of the 100th anniversary of the Titanic) per models except the Titanic-DNA Tourbillon which is limited to 9 pieces.

*The rusted steel horological creations in the ‘Titanic DNA’ series features an oxidized steel bezel which is the result of an extraordinary blend of authentic steel from the wreck lying 3840 meters under the sea, and from the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast, where the Titanic was constructed nearly a century ago. Official certificates of authenticity guarantee the origin of materials used.

Moon Dust DNA Collection
Introduced in 2009, Moon Dust-DNA is the second exclusive collection of Romain Jerome DNA of Famous Legends concept, featuring timepieces inspired by and created in tribute to the great legends of our times.

Legitimately proud of its Titanic-DNA collection dedicated to the world’s greatest maritime legend, Romain Jerome launched out into space in homage to the most fascinating human adventure of all: the conquest of space. Moon Dust-DNA embodies this incredible odyssey and features its main protagonists. It honours the symbol of this headlong race, distinguished by confrontation as well as occasional collaboration between the American and Soviet superpowers, whose main aim was to reach the Moon. The design of the Moon Dust-DNA collection is inspired by and incorporates the DNA heritage of the great players and major figures in the conquest of space. The materials composing the models in this collection incorporate authentic fragments from the aerospace universe such as moon dust as well as fragments of the Apollo XI and Soyuz space shuttles and the International Space Station (ISS).

Moon Dust-DNA features
- A lunar dial based on a mineral deposit including Moon dust;
-A 46 mm steel and titanium case incorporating steel from the Apollo XI space shuttle;
-Rusted steel paws including fragments of the Soyuz spacecraft; and
-A strap composed of fibres from a spacesuit worn during the ISS mission*.

Moon Dust-DNA "The Truth about Roswell"

Romain Jerome guarantees that the origin of each of these materials is duly certified by a legal document authenticated in Switzerland. Each piece in the Moon Dust-DNA collection will also be accompanied by a certificate from the Association of Space Explorers (ASE) saluting the approach of Romain Jerome and the tribute it is thereby rendering to the conquest of space.

Unprecedented in the field of watch making, Romain Jerome offers its customers the opportunity to acquire a part of history by creating highly emotional timepieces integrating the DNA of a legend. Its products are the fruit of Swiss watch making tradition and bear the label "Swiss made". They combine watch making complications, innovative materials and bold design.

Ventura Watches : Brand Profile , History and Products

The Swiss watchmaking brand, Ventura, has been at the cutting edge of contemporary watch design for 20 years now and uncompromisingly invests in modern chronometer technology; ever since 2006, the company has been focussing on manufacturing high-quality digital watches which meet the most demanding requirements in terms of quality, function, intuitive operation and long-lasting design. All the in-house movements are developed and manufactured by Ventura itself.

Unlike most brands, Ventura develops and produces the soft- and entire hardware of its own movements, therefore being able to implement integral designs rather than to merely styling the outer casings of a watch.

Amongst connoisseurs, the Ventura brand is well known for it’s mechanical chronometers made of hardened titanium.Ever since the establishment of the marque in 1989, the ventura collection contained however also a «digital element»;particularly «watch» by Danish designer Flemming Bo Hansen, which has become a classic ever since it was added to the permanent design collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, in 1990.
Ventura My Ego Certified COSC chronometer

At the turn of the millennium, Ventura made a historic impact with its introduction of the world’s first self-winding digital watch SPARC®, still the only watch of its kind on the market.Launched in Autumn 2000,SPARC® is the world's first "automatic digital" watch equipped with a complex and revolutionary micro-processor.

Ventura v-tec line
Ventura meanwhile specializes in the manufacture of sophisticated digital timepieces and has emerged as a market leader in this niche of Swiss made luxury watches. The v-tec line is the core and base of Ventura’s collection.Contemporary design, a unique operating system and an exquisite quality sets the v-tec line radically apart. Instead of the many pushbuttons that one associates with common digital watches, the v-tec features Ventura’s patented «EasySkroll®» operating system with a single cylindrical wheel-barrel, which enables the intuitive scrolling through the multiple functions just like on an iPod.

Ventura v-tec Alpha

Non other than the world famous «father of modern typography», Adrian Frutiger assisted Hannes Wettstein’s design team in the creation of a totally new digit-typography on the v-tec liquid-crystal display featuring a with very high contrast and perfect readability, with a built-in back light also at night. The display is divided into two rows of digits, the upper one indicating time, whereas the functions (Alarm,Timezone, Chronograph and Countdown) are displayed on the lower digit-row. To activate the functions, e.g. the chronograph, the scrolling barrel is pushed. All this is so easy and intuitive that one asks oneself spontaneously, why such system was not invented long ago. In regards to quality, the v-tec standard is on par with the leading traditional Swiss watch brands. Scratch resistant high-tech materials such as the patented «Durinox®» and «Titanox®» give the v-tec collection its unique longevity, the crystals of course being made of sapphire
Ventura v-tec Sigma

The experience gained in the construction of the Sigma helped to cut on the development time, especially when it came to designing the forged main body and case back, which are individually precision-machined with numerically controlled robots to ensure reliable water resistance. Some Zeta versions will feature composite-cases, combining Durinox ® steel and Bakelite-like resin;Ventura has further developed on a technique used in the manufacturing of luxury writing instruments to introduce attractive high-tech colors to the world of watches.

The heart of the v-tec Kappa is Ventura‘s own VEN_04 movement-caliber featuring the patented EasySkroll® operating system, which does away with lengthy manuals and the multiple push buttons commonly found on common digital watches.A single scrolling cylinder enables a totally intuitive access to all functions.Rather than using the typical 7-segment numerals, Ventura developed an LC display with its own sophisticated font formed by 229 segments. The numerals are much crisper, attractive and better readable than those found on ordinary timepieces.
Ventura v-tec Zeta

The v-tec Zeta was officially introduced at the Baselworld 2007. The v-tec® Zeta was designed by Paolo Fancelli. Born in 1964 in the Italian part of Switzerland, Industrial Designer has his studio in Zurich, where he created a successful office furniture line, Oscilloscopes, insulin infusion systems, even on mini-tractors for mountainous terrain, before designing his first consumer item, a modern version of the Swiss Army Knife. The v-tec Zeta is his third watch for Ventura, after the SPARC rx and the breathtaking v-tec Sigma men’s watch, which played an important side-role in Nicolas Cage’s action thriller «Bangkok dangerous».

By mid 2007 Ventura went bankrupt and in 2010 after a 3-years hiatus, its founder,Pierre Nobs re-purchased the Ventura assets and to re-organized the brand under the newly founded Ventura Watch Ltd.

VIATOR Watches : Brand Profile , History and Products

VIATOR is a Swiss luxury watch brand completely dedicated to keen travellers. The brand was founded by Gerardo Rosafinta, a passionate traveller . The Latin translation of « Traveller », VIATOR inspires immediately great journeys and discoveries.

History & Timeline
1991: A wind of freedom inspired Gerardo Rosafinta while he was sailing around the island of Corsica; he decided to turn into reality the history of his dreams, because the authentic luxury is to live one’s dreams. Once he arrived in the harbour of Ajaccio, Gerardo Rosafinta stepped into a sailor shop and purchased the marine clock, which would become a source of inspiration for the first model of the VIATOR’s timekeeper.

1998: Starting from his Latin roots, his love for travels as well as his passion for beautiful timekeepers, Gerardo Rosafinta decided to register the VIATOR brand, which means « TRAVELLER » in Latin. The first brand completely dedicated to keen travellers and timekeepers passionated was born.

2005: Foundation of the VIATOR LTD Company and the creation of a pool of Swiss suppliers specialized in the “haut de gamme” quality. With the target of insuring the access to a state of the art technology and consequently the perenniality of VIATOR, very privileged ties were established with a partner among the leaders in the manufacture of Swiss automatic movements. A key factor on the international markets is to guarantee a secure and a regular supply of automatic movements.

2007: First contacts with the best distributors and retailers worldwide.

2008: Launching of the first collection named: Greenwich 1675. Greenwich, near London, on the Thames is at the origin of the calculation of modern time but it was as well the starting point of many expeditions that had enhanced the geographical and mankind knowledge. Nowhere else in the world the link between time and travels is so strong.

THE SLOGAN: “The Traveller’s Timekeeper” it is nothing else than the logical extension of the meaning of VIATOR. The slogan defines the territory that the brand wishes to occupy in the travellers’ imaginary and it is quickly understandable by every one.

THE LOGO: The wind rose was an essential means of orientation for travellers. The “V” of VIATOR in the middle of the wind rose is intentionally slightly inclined to the right, it reminds of the earth axis.

THE COLOURS: The company’s colours are inspired from the elements in or on which we can travel.
● Deep blue: The sea and the sky
● Fire orange: The desert and its sunsets.

Longines PrimaLuna Collection 2010 : Tribute to the Moon

A silvery moon on a spring night; a star that glistens reaches its peak and then disappears. A symbol of passing time, living time and the moon that entrances us with its rounded, delicate lines the new Longines PrimaLuna is a tribute to this silvery star. Its soft silhouette is enhanced by the exquisite purity of the dial and the whole is illuminated by a play of sparkling diamonds. Graceful, magical, this is a model that will seduce women who appreciate contemporary, sophisticated elegance.

The Moon has been used to measure time by every civilisation; this night star is feminine, cyclical and eternal. A star that produces dreams! In many cultures the New Moon is a symbol of renewal when it marks the beginning of a new year or the arrival of spring. To pay tribute to this mystical star, the famous Saint-Imier watchmaker is launching an exquisitely fine interpretation of the magic of the Moon this year: the Longines PrimaLuna.

The subtle mystery of spring, the Longines PrimaLuna emerges from a wakening world. The Moon is no longer pale but iridescent, opaline, masterful. Sheherazade moves elegantly into position under the stars...

The delicate gleam of stainless steel, the rich hue of rose or yellow gold, or the blend of rose gold and steel. A sleek bracelet of steel, gold or steel and rose gold or a leather strap. A selection of heavenly dials: white, silvered or mother-of-pearl decorated with hour symbols, Arabic or Roman numerals or diamonds. And finally, three hands, blued, gilded or rose, that marks the passing of time. As multifaceted as the modern woman, the Longines PrimaLuna range offers a selection of models in four sizes.

This ladies’ watch is at the same time a piece of jewellery. The pleasing curves of the case are enhanced by a play of diamonds. Precious pieces of pure carbon that glitter with fascination... so feminine! Similarly, the white mother-of-pearl dials of the most sophisticated models are also decorated with sparkling teardrops that will seduce any woman who appreciates diamonds.

Resolutely elegant, contemporary, subtle and carefree. The new Longines PrimaLuna offers to every woman, every modern Sheherazade, to each luminous, unique female a magical world represented by this new collection of exquisite models.

RAYMOND WEIL Watches : The nabucco Va, Pensiero

The RAYMOND WEIL nabucco range, renowned for its stylish design, now boasts a new addition in titanium. The new timepiece's mature elegance, retaining all of the collection's powerful architecture showcased in grey-grained graphite, remains true to the collection's creative values and mythical forms.

The nabucco Va, Pensiero – named after the famous Verdi chorus – exudes the same power and nobility as the great Italian composer's opera. Its sophisticated materials, watchmaking precision and alluring design evoke an urban, revolutionary world, making this new timepiece a symbol of freedom and independence.

With its sober 46mm-diameter case, and round bezel with tachometric scale set into the titanium, it is exceptionally resilient and water-resistant.Three subdials (30 minutes at 3 o'clock, 12 hours at 6 and small seconds at 9), along with a date-window at 4:30, are set in grey on a central zone featuring three screws for optimal time-reading, and harmoniously integrated indexes highlighted in luminiscent anthracite.

The aesthetics of the nabucco Va, Pensiero again reflect RAYMOND WEIL's gift for audacious design, while its mechanical prowess will delight connoisseurs of luxury watchmaking: an ETA 7753 tri-compax movement, with automatic winding and 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensures the precision and reliability of this masculine chronograph which, with its screwed-down push-pieces, crown and case-back, is waterproof to a depth of 660ft (20 bars/atm).The timepiece's elegant design is underscored by a saddle-stitched crocodylus niloticus leather strap with double push-piece security.

Romain Jerome Extreme Rusted steel T-oxy III Tourbillon Pink Star

This Romain Jerome's Tourbillon carriage is in itself an eloquent demonstration of a definite mastery of the watchmaking art. The manual setting of extremely small gemstones (measuring 0.4 mm in diameter) leads to a certain dispersion of the components centre of gravity.
Since the Tourbillon requires extremely precise adjustment, watchmakers had to “find tricks” in order to poise the tourbillon carriage after this miniature gem setting. This personalized fine-tuning makes these Romain Jerome watches unique creations in the absolute sense of the term.

While companies such as Romain Jerome naturally call upon the talents of BNB Concept S.A. for its watchmaking skills, BNB itself works with top-notch gem-setters who dared to take up the challenge of something that had never yet been done. For the beauty, the one-of-a-kind, sophisticated piece of art.

TEMPVS COMPVTARE Shark Watcher 47 mm Diving Chronograph

Nicolas JEANSON, following his meeting with Rob STEWART, has designed SharkWatcher. SharkWatcher is the first watch of TEMPVS COMPVTARE watches.
