Joris Ide, the Belgian entrepreneur and current owner of Lebeau-Courally, acquires Swiss luxury watch brand Julien Coudray 1518

Joris Ide, the current owner of Lebeau-Courally (maker of luxury hunting guns, watches and leather goods) announces the acquisition of the Swiss watch manufacturer IMH and its Haute Horlogerie brand Julien Coudray 1518.The original shareholders of IMH, have sold all of their shares to Joris Ide. Fabien Lamarche will continue to lead the company he founded in 2007.

Established in Le Locle, Innovations Manufactures Horlogères (IMH) SA is a company specializing in the development and manufacture of watches, movements and watch components. With a staff of thirty, IMH's customers include many leading watchmakers. The Le Locle factory also made the brand Julien Coudray 1518.
Each Julien Coudray 1518 watch case and movement is made out of the same block of gold or platinum. This creative bias brought IMH to design and manufacture new tools and resume "A to Z" the whole process of making a watch.

With the acquisition of IMH, Joris Ide is anchored permanently in the world of luxury in which he entered in 2012 by becoming the owner of the Lebeau-Courally, maker of exclusive luxury rifles. This family home has since been open to other activities, including watchmaking since 2012.

IMH now will ensure the development, production and assembly of Lebeau-Courally watches, while continuing its current activities in favour of other brands  and Julien Coudray 1518. Joris Ide's intention is to continue to develop this Haute Horlogerie brand to a level comparable to that exclusive luxury rifles Lebeau-Courally.
