Audemars Piguet Inaugurates New Clearwater, FL Service Center of the Americas

Audemars Piguet North America has recently inaugurated company’s Clearwater, Florida, customer service center of the Americas. The impressive facility encompasses 13,000 sq. ft. of space for customer care, and employee watchmaking training. The brand has the capability to expand the facility to its full capacity of 25,000 sq. ft., as they continue to develop their after-sales service program in the Americas. The center was officially inaugurated on April 28, 2015 with key executives and local city officials. In attendance on behalf of the Manufacture were Audemars Piguet CEO, Francois-Henry Bennahmias and Xavier Nolot, CEO Audemars Piguet North America.
Audemars Piguet established the service center in 2002 and since then has been steadily developing its activity in Clearwater, Florida.

The facility hosts over 50 employees with 14 expertly trained watchmakers. The center has the capability to service timepieces up to a level of complication such as Perpetual Calendars, Equations of Time and Tourbillons. As a result, a training center was also developed at the site in order to increase the capacities of servicing these complications and other high end timepieces.
Representations of the brand’s 140-year-old rich history can be seen in various design elements throughout the service center. Walls are decorated with artistic drawings and photographs, making a distinct connection from the Manufacture in Le Brassus, Switzerland to the Clearwater facility.
