Launched in 2003, the Bichrono became the iconic time piece of the brand: an elliptical shaped case with two independent automatic chronograph movements, able to run both chronometers simultaneously and display two time zones.

The Bichrono SI available in a limited edition (Gold or Steel), exceeded selling expectations and was highly appreciate by watch enthusiasts. Constantly evolving, the Bichrono delighted the public with the Bichrono Hommage edition featuring extraordinary dials crafted in precious woods , leather, or genuine Havana Tobacco leaves. Individually fashioned by hand, these outstanding materials make each timepiece unique. Continuously innovating, deLaCour unveils the Bichrono Tech in 2013.

The main novelty is found on the dial through its decoration: an armor-like chainmail sculpture on three levels. Only available in a steel version at the time, a gold version is added to the collection in 2014. Early 2014, a revamped Bichrono Rafaga is launched: equipped with an original dial and improved ergonomics for the flange, of case and of the push pieces. A strafed bezel appears on the edges of the sapphire crystal glass, the flanks and the push pieces. This new “circle” decoration becomes the hallmark of this collection.

In order to sustain nostalgia and meet expectations of the iconic “mushroom” push piece fans; a new edition of the Bichrono SII was created. The model completely sold out and was reissued under the name of Bichrono SIIc; featuring a brand new dial, which offered improved readability. The Bichrono SIIc preserves all the codes of its predecessors: elegance, sporty and avant-garde. Its lines, curves and dial have been revised in order to make it thinner.
Its double dial still offers two time zones and two chronographs. . Pad-printed, baguette-like numerals embellish the lacquered dial. Three counters are displayed in its center, indicating the hours, the minutes and the seconds of the chronograph function.

In order to differentiate double timings, each movement features a different color for the seconds-hand (red on the left and green on the right). This watch offers great readability thanks to its hand cut and polished sapphire glass. The two automatic chronograph movements are revealed through a sapphire glass at the bottom of the case. The baguette-like hands of this timepiece are all tipped with Superluminova. By using the mushroom-type push pieces the chronograph functions are released.

The Bichrono SIIc is water resistant up to 5 ATM and is completed by a hand-stitched crocodile strap or a supple rubber bracelet. This limited edition is only available in 222 steel pieces and 88 gold pieces.
