Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie Quantième Complet

The Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie Quantième Complet (Full Calendar) is the epitome of fine Swiss watchmaking in every detail. The case has a diameter of 40 mm in stainless steel and a height of only 9.7 mm and has a surface that’s alternately polished and satin-finished. Extravagantly nicely shaped, curved horns with distinctive facet emphasize the slim, elegant design of the case to better flatter the wrist and increase wearing comfort.

The silvery-white dial features a sunburst pattern; the rhodium-plated facetted indexes and the numerals “3”, “9” and “12” are applied to the dial. Two facetted, sword-shaped, and likewise rhodium-plated hands indicate the hours and minutes. The date-hand bears a little red crescent at its tip to enhance the legibility of the date display.

The full four-part calendar, (quantième complet in French) has an aperture for the day and another for the month. In addition, the date is displayed around the minute-circle, indicated by a centrally mounted date hand, and the moonphase is shown in the lower half of the dial. The full calendar provides full information and requires manual adjustment by the owner only five times a year. Only if the month has fewer than 31 days, the watch will have to be adjusted. The display can be easily changed using the inset button on the side of the case.

As a final touch, a relief engraving of Montblanc’s distinctive Emblem, characteristic of the Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie collection, has been placed atop the winding and adjusting crown.
The leather strap is made at the Montblanc Pelletteria, the Maison's own leather manufacture near Florence. The strap is secured by Montblanc’s new and uncommonly flat triple folding clasp. The Montblanc full calendar timepiece can also be fitted with a five-link strap that is pleasant to wear.

Every Montblanc Heritage Chronométrie Quantième Complet timepiece meets highest precision and quality standards. To be true to this philosophy, every watch of the collection is subjected to the "Laboratory Test 500" developed by Montblanc. During this test lasting 500 hours, a simulation of the watch being worn on the wrist under normal conditions right through to extreme situations is carried out. It guarantees that only perfect timepieces leave the Montblanc Manufacture in Le Locle.
