Seiko to Open Its First Boutique in Germany

On 17 July 2015, Japanese watchmaking giant Seiko will open its first boutique in Germany in the city of Frankfurt. It will be the fifth city in Europe to host a Seiko Boutique, alongside Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid and Sofia. Later this year, new Seiko Boutiques will also open their doors in Moscow, Budapest, Delhi and Tokyo.

Since the first boutique opened in Paris in 2004, the number has grown steadily; with these additions and the opening last year of Seiko‘s first North American boutique in New York, there are now sixty Seiko Boutiques in twenty countries on four continents. The network of Seiko boutiques will expand to more major cities around the world in the years to come. The visitor to these boutiques can explore the Seiko universe and can experience the richness of Seiko’s history, its activities and its collections in a way that is uniquely enjoyable and informative.
The new Seiko Boutique is located on Frankfurt’s celebrated Grosse Bockenheimer Strasse. The new boutique in Frankfurt, like all the rest, will showcase Seiko’s luxury brand Grand Seiko as well as prestige collections, Astron and Prospex.

The boutiques are designed to complement the presentation of Seiko in the stores of Seiko’s many independent retail partners. In these stores, watch lovers can see the main Seiko collection in depth and enjoy great customer service, but it is at the boutiques that the widest selection of its leading collections is presented. Alongside these collections, the boutiques also introduce from time to time new creations on an exclusive basis including some watches from the luxury dress watch brand, Credor.
