Blancpain Announces Issue No. 16 of Lettres du Brassus

Highlights of Issue No. 16 include articles on Blancpain’s L-evolution C Tourbillon Carrousel; Blancpain’s Le Brassus métiers d’art studio and the crafting of the Villeret Shakudo timepiece that garnered first prize in the artistic crafts category of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève; legendary multi-starred chef Joël Robuchon; the superstar wines of Bordeaux’s Château Pape-Clément; Laurent Ballesta’s Gombessa II Expedition, supported as part of Blancpain’s Ocean Commitment, which studied the unique spawning behaviors of grouper fish; and much more.  In the Lettres du Brassusstyle, all of the articles are enriched with lavish high-resolution photographs.
Issue No. 16 is the fifth edition to be offered in an iPad version.  It is available as a free download in the App Store and easily found by searching for the Blancpain Library.  The digital version offers not only the full content of the print format, but, in addition, an enhanced reading experience with special animations and interactive content.  The four previous iPad issues can also be downloaded in the same way.

Lettres du Brassus, which has won many awards in international competitions, including first prize for writing, is published twice a year.  The publication is available at no charge in Blancpain boutiques, authorized retailers, and to subscribers who register online or by mail.
