To mark the rebirth of Anonimo, the brand has chosen to focus on its iconic model: the Militare. Militare Alpini is the reinterpretation of the historical version of the watch first designed in 2001.
It bares the strongly identifiable codes of the iconic Anonimo watch: a cushion case with the crown positioned at 12 o’clock and protected between the side contacts of the case that can be very easily accessed via the adjustable hinges. Its patented system guarantees the water resistance of the case by simply closing it with one click. The changes are significant: a sandwich construction for a reduced thickness of the case, a modified strap attachment system at 12 o’clock with a stronger resistance and a screwed back.
Deeply linked to the brand’s Italian origins and its new homeland Switzerland where the company has been established since 2013, Anonimo wanted to bring together those two cultures which constitute the spirit of the brand. The Matterhorn is the natural link between these two countries. This mythical and elegant mountain, with a summit of 4.478 metres shows its sharp ridges on one slope in Italy and the other one in Switzerland. The Militare Alpini is a tribute to this summit and to the 4th regiment of the Italian Alpini corps.
