Denis Giguet Takes Over as the CEO of Cage Holding Watch Division

Cage Holding has announced the appointment of Denis Giguet as CEO of its watch division, composed of Manufacture Contemporaine du Temps S.A. (MCT), along with its movement development and assembly companies DIGITALE S.A. and MCH S.A.

Denis Giguet has spent the past 20 years working with the biggest names in the industry. After six years at Rolex, he headed the industrial division at Harry Winston for six years, and subsequently the watch division of Van Cleef & Arpels over the past four years. Denis Giguet is also the founder of MCT, overseeing its development between 2007 and 2011.

Denis Giguet will take up his duties on May 2nd 2016.

Cage Holding S.A. is a company founded in 1998 and based in Geneva, Switzerland. It encompasses firms involved in the fields of banking and finance, brokerage, manufacturing and retail as well as real estate, operating in several countries of Europe and Asia.

The Cage Holding watch division employs around 40 people in Switzerland. It is composed of three companies: Manufacture Contemporaine du Temps S.A. (MCT), based in Neuchâtel and Geneva; the watchmaking research and development company DIGITALE S.A. in Neuchâtel, and the mechanical movement assembly workshop MHC S.A., in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
