Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition À Quantième Perpétuel 8 Jours SQ

The beauty and complexity of engraving, skeleton-working as well as enamelling meet and mingle in this model inspired by a 1928 Grand Complication pocket watch. This contemporary version testifies to the creative vitality of the Métiers Rares® Atelier in which artisans put forward ideas, experiment and dare to associate various approaches in giving birth to virtuoso creations. With its inspired skeleton-working and its Grand Feu green enamelling crafted using the champlevé technique, this 42 mm model in white gold is issued in a limited series of 200 pieces.
Equipped with Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 876SQ, one of the most iconic complications ever produced by the Manufacture, this Master Grande Tradition watch is a complete time measuring instrument. As well as the time itself, its dial also displays the date, the day of the week, the month, the complete year in four digits and the age of the moon – while remaining clearly legible despite the profusion of these indications. The 8 days power-reserve display and a day/night indicator are smoothly integrated within the extremely sophisticated dial architecture.

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 876SQ mechanical manually-wound movement beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, equipped with a perpetual calendar, comprises262 parts and delivers an 8-day power reserve. 6,60 mm thick, the calibre is mechanically programmed to operate accurately until 2100, the perpetual calendar functions can be adjusted by means of a single corrector.
