R&D Geneve Pikes Peak Tourbillon

The Pikes Peak Tourbillon Collection by Swiss luxury watch brand R&D Geneve is the result of years of development and is dedicated to watch craftsmanship portraying innovating materials and movements driven by a remarkable strong identity embodying the spirit of car racing and innovation. Regarded as one of the stellar horological complications, the Tourbillon improves the precision of a watch by counteracting the gravity-induced disturbances affecting the regularity of the balance.
Two models are being offered from this collection: Pikes Peak & Pikes Peak Extreme Machine. First version comes in a stainless steel case and the second version has a rugged Forged carbon case. In both models diameter of the case remains same: 44 mm.  The tourbillon movement that beats inside the timepiece bears 26 jewels and provides 100 hours of power reserve. Hour and minutes are indicated by central hands. The tourbillon is visible at 6’o clock.
