For more than 125 years, Atlantic has been globally esteemed as a maker of extraordinary timepieces with an unbeatable price/performance ratio. With the Worldmaster 1888„Lusso“, a limited-edition manually wound watch, Atlantic reasserts its commitment to the company‘s motto „true value“. The legendary, artisanally refined Unitas 6497 base movement reflects the corporate culture of Atlantic with a focus on creations of superior quality and on timeless elegance.
The exceptional creation has a diameter of 44 mm and features all the hallmarks of genuine watch-making artistry, combining benchmark functionality and design panache. Its sleek, captivatingly magical personality is underscored with manually applied red-gold-plated baton hour-markers as well as hour and minute hands on a sunburst-structured dial. The dial comes in black or silvery versions and is protected by a domed, scratch-resistant sapphire-crystal glass. An aperture at 8 o‘clock reveals the heart of the watch. The subsidiary dial at 6 o‘clock keeps track of the seconds.
Limited to 888 pieces, the open-heart watch is available with a premium-quality brown calf skin strap featuring a prong buckle or with a metal bracelet. Each watch is unique, thanks to the serial number engraved on a screw-mounted cartouche in the case flank. The Worldmaster 1888 „Lusso“comes in a fine piano wood box with a certificate.
