Swiss watch brand Oris announces the sixth edition of its Air Racing series, inspired by the world’s fastest motor sport.
At the world-famous Reno Air Races, the last remaining closed course pylon race and the fastest motorsport in the world, daredevil pilots fly their aircraft so low you feel you could reach out and touch them. One of those pilots is Swiss aviator and Oris ambassador Don Vito Wyprächtiger, the first non-American to win Reno’s Formula One Gold race. It was Don Vito’s achievements that inspired the Air Racing collection of Oris pilot’s watches – this year; Oris announces the sixth edition in the line, the Air Racing Edition VI.
The finishing touch is the grey textile strap lined with yellow leather to match the day and date indications. The strap has a stainless steel folding clasp, also coated in gunmetal grey PVD.
