Gravity Alpha GT-124 Series

Promoted by three young entrepreneurs based in Hong Kong, Gravity Alpha is a unique watch brand which creates timepieces inspired by the nature of gravitation and the mechanism of the star track.

Each Gravity Alpha watch features an outstanding unconventional design and unique design with moving disc plates. It is a mechanical artwork that measures the time through gravity. In its design two brass aluminium disc plates are placed in layers upon each other. The two disc plates function as the second and minute counters.
The space between the two disc plates is the existence of the gravity. The weight of the disc plates differentiates the minute and second. This unique design requires the newest movement technology which is developed in Japan, the rotating disc-mechanism. The Rotating Disc-Mechanism is fully featured by the Japanese Miyota automatic movement. The combination of these two technical components is unique in every Gravity Alpha watch.
First model from the brand is GT-124. This model is available in three different color combinations – Classic, Black Pass and Full Black - and in four different straps.
Presently the brand is promoting the Gravity Alpha GT-124 on popular online crowd funding platform Kickstarter. By backing this campaign the customers can pre-order the timepiece with pre-order prices starting from HK$ 1700 (Appx US$ 219).
