HOLOS Chronograph

HOLOS is a young watch brand based in Singapore. Keeping to a modernist philosophy of clean lines and functional aesthetic, and after 2 years of conceptualizing, the HOLOS watches founders have created a contemporary chronograph watch.

The 40mm rose gold plated stainless steel case of the watch features thin bezels, providing an understated wrist presence and are finished with wire lugs which draw together the pared-down structure. The knurled crown on the side lends an industrial edge to the overall package.
The sapphire crystal provides scratch-resistant qualities, while a textured metallic dial with tempered blue hands present a clean and legible experience. Subtle and neat touches include a hemispherical index at 6 o’clock and 2 hemispherical indices at 12 o’clock. Completing the face are 3 radial guilloche sub-dials in a Valjoux layout.

The HOLOS watch is powered by a time-tested Seiko VK67 hybrid “meca-quartz” movement, with a simple system of pushers on both sides of the crown which operate the chronograph function. The stainless steel case of the watch is tested for water resistance up to 50 meters.
Each HOLOS watch comes fitted with genuine leather straps with non-contrast stitching plus a quick-release mechanism allowing easy changing of straps.
The HOLOS watch is available in two versions. First version, the MORGEN features a neutral textured dial beneath polished blue hands. Cognac leather straps nicely rounds up the ensemble. Second version, the NACHT boasts rose gold hands extending over a black dial. Accentuating the look is a pair of black leather straps.

HOLOS has recently launched a KS online crowd funding campaign to fund the initial mass production of this watch collection. Visit the HOLOS Kickstarter Campaign to pre-order the timepiece. Price starts from 229 Singapore dollars.
